Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The CEXRES Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring new customers to CEXRES AI products and services. By joining the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are tiered based on the number of active referrals:

Bronze (0+ referrals): 15% recurring commission
Silver (3+ referrals): 20% recurring commission
Gold (10+ referrals): 25% recurring commission
Platinum (25+ referrals): 30% recurring commission
Diamond (50+ referrals): 35% recurring commission
Elite (100+ referrals): 40% recurring commission
Legend (250+ referrals): 45% recurring commission

Commissions are calculated on net revenue from referred customers and are paid monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly based on tier.

3. Cookie Duration

Tracking cookies are set for varying durations based on affiliate tier:

Bronze: 60 days
Silver: 90 days
Gold: 120 days
Platinum: 150 days
Diamond+: 180 days

4. Eligibility

Affiliates must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid email address
Have a website, blog, or social media presence
Agree to these terms and conditions
Not be employees or contractors of CEXRES AI

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

Use spam or unsolicited email marketing
Make false or misleading claims about CEXRES
Use trademarked terms in domain names
Engage in cookie stuffing or hidden iframes
Bid on branded keywords without authorization
Create websites that impersonate CEXRES

6. Payout Terms

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Payout methods include PayPal, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer (for high-volume affiliates). Payout requests are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Ecosystem Benefits

Affiliates unlock cross-module benefits based on tier:

Academy course credits
CollectHub NFT trading fee discounts
CXPAY transaction fee waivers
Membership tier upgrades
Brand diagnostic scan access

Gold+ tiers receive dedicated account managers. Elite+ tiers receive white-label licensing.

8. Termination

CEXRES AI reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. Terminated affiliates forfeit all pending commissions.

9. Modifications

CEXRES AI may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
