Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
1. Subscription Services
AI subscription plans (Spark, Momentum, Apex) may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the current billing period. No refunds for partially used months beyond the first 14 days.
2. Project-Based Services
Strategic projects, GEO campaigns, and retainer agreements are subject to the terms outlined in individual Statements of Work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are refundable only if deliverables have not been initiated.
3. Outcome-Based Services
Outcome-based fees ($500/1% visibility improvement) are non-refundable as they represent verified, measurable results delivered through our platform.
4. White-Label Partnerships
Revenue-share arrangements are settled monthly. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the settlement period. Partner onboarding fees are non-refundable.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made via USDT (TRC-20) are final once confirmed on-chain. Refunds for eligible services will be issued via bank transfer in USD equivalent at the time of refund approval.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact billing@cexres.com with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
